Kohler:
Forever in Color
CLIENT
Kohler
In a digital universe where creating distinct content for kitchens and bathrooms was becoming more challenging, Kohler was seeking to break out of the sea of sameness and reengage with their audience on a deeper level. At the same time, consumer trends indicated that home owners were covering up shades of gray with a renewed desire for self-expression.
Identifying the opportunity to reengage Kohler’s audience, I developed a new content series. “Forever in Color” celebrates Kohler’s legacy of vibrant design and reminds color-starved homeowners that Kohler has been their champion of self-expression for nearly a century. The series was met with an overwhelming volume of positive engagement, leading to the reintroduction of “Heritage Colors” for today’s consumers and becoming the foundation of the identity for Kohler’s 150th Anniversary.
